Refurbishment of 39 student rooms in blocks L and M of Sherlock Court.
Undertaken in an extremely short period of the 15-week summer holiday.
Removal of existing furniture, before reconfiguring the walls to create new room layouts, including the addition of some en-suite rooms.
New student kitchens were constructed on all floors, and a new plant room was created to supply the new block.
A full redecoration also took place, with new carpets being laid and new furniture installed.
Work to the existing elevations included repointing, replacement windows, asphalt guttering, and a new flat roof.
