Key Features

Two large-scale research and development buildings, comprising approximately 10,000 sq.m. of integrated laboratory and office space.

The front of each building contains offices, write up spaces and meeting rooms, with laboratory zones to the rear.

The central area contains support spaces such as dark rooms, prep and wash up rooms, tissue culture rooms.

Front elevation consists of full height glazing set back within a framework of GRC rainscreen cladding, with vertical solar shading fins which reduce solar glare.

The rear elevation consists of linear bands of glazing at each floor level with bands of aluminium cladding and enamel backed opaque glass.

Also included site infrastructure, with a main access road, footpaths, lighting, and flood compensation works.
