Located next to the Hybrid Technology Centre in the heart of the campus.
The steel-framed building contains a gymnasium, fitness studio, showers and changing rooms.
Notable features include a split-level floor slab, external elevations containing a mixture of curtain walling, render and cladding, as well as a sloping green roof – the latter being necessary to make the structure largely invisible when viewed from the site boundary.
