SDC is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to work within the Accounts team. The role will be based at the Head Office in Bedford.
The role is varied and requires a positive, proactive person who can work well within a team. Full training will be given as necessary.
- Sales ledger: credit control, raising invoices.
- Assisting with our weekly payroll. Compiling reports as required.
- Assisting with our subcontractor payments.
- General administration and assisting other members of the department as required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of working within an accounts office is desired.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Experience of using MS Office.
- AAT Level 2 qualified (preferred but not essential).
- Maths GCSE Grade C or above.
