The refurbishment of a listed five storey office building
- The project was procured on a two-stage tender, with SDC providing the architectural design in close liaison with the Client's end users
- The extensive refurbishment included: Strip-out & replacement of mechanical & electrical services
- Remodeling of the layout to provide an open plan environment, a new reception area, café and meeting rooms
- Restoration of the external façade & front entrance
- The works also comprised extensive improvements to comply with the DDA regulations
- The project was completed in 26 weeks
