The Junction CDC
This complex project consisted of the refurbishment of the existing auditorium & the construction of two new auditoria
- The two new auditoria consist of a steel frame building extensively clad with cedar boarding
- The fit-out consisted of: New staging, heating & cooling systems, light & sound systems, technical grid, theatre seating, lift, floor coverings & Bars
- The existing auditorium was occupied throughout the entire refurbishment project with the building having to remain operational for existing administrative staff
- The works consisted of: Extensive remodeling & redecoration, new services throughout, new heating & cooling systems, new lighting & sound systems, new bars, new floor coverings
