This three-storey steel framed facility, built on the Rivermead Campus at Chelmsford, for Anglia Ruskin University featured the following:
- Plantroom at roof level
- Mix of render and Eternit rainscreen cladding.
- 400 person fixed seating lecture theatre.
- 200 person retractable seating lecture theatre.
- Office Space.
- Meeting rooms.
- Bio Mechanical laboratory.
- Dry laboratory.
- Wet laboratory.
In addition, the scheme is set to achieve a BREEAM rating of
very good.
