SDC Celebrates the Start of New Housing Scheme

SDC Works with East Midlands Housing to provide 12 new homes
Work has started at the new East Midlands Housing social housing scheme at Sharnford Road, Sapcote for East Midlands Housing Association. This design and build project provides 12 affordable homes and associated access roads, built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3, Lifetime Homes standard and Secured by Design.
