SDC takes Gold at the Considerate Constructors Awards
Date published: 21 April 2011
Considerate Constructors Scheme Annual National Site Awards
SDC were proud to accept three Considerate Constructor Awards at the 2011 National Site Awards Ceremony on Thursday 14th April as recognition of best practice on three construction sites.
Patrick Leslie and Mike Routledge collected Bronze Awards
on behalf of the site teams at Loves Farm, a housing development
for BPHA in St Neots and Bletchley Leisure Centre, part of the
regeneration of the centre of Bletchley in Milton Keynes for Milton
Keynes Council.
A highly prized Gold Award was received by Mark Parsons on
behalf of the site team at Addenbrooke's, a development of
keyworker accommodation for Sanctuary Housing
Association.
Considerate Constructors Scheme Annual National Site Awards are given to only the highest scoring 7½% of sites, which have completed in the previous year. The Awards recognise sites' excellent standards of consideration towards their workforce, their neighbours and the environment.
