First stone laid on new development

Energy Efficient Scheme is launched in Cambridge
SDC are proud to be involved with a £4.4 million scheme which will provide 40 two bedroom energy efficient apartments for single people and couples who are aged 55 and over in Cambridge.
Iceni Homes, an affordable housing development company launched this exclusive development of homes on Friday 5th June with the first stone being laid by Councillor Clare Blair pictured with Chairman of Hundred Houses Society Board Chairman, Noel Garner.
The contract is being financed through funding from the Government's Homes and Communities Agency together with Cambridge City Council and Iceni Homes through Hundred Houses Society who will provide a full management service on site.
