Recently Secured Scheme in Cambridge
The Christ's Lane development is a distinctive retail-led, mixed-use scheme, which will respond to its setting in a conservation area, situated between the two historic colleges of Christ's and Emmanuel.
The development will provide 8 retail units, 1 catering unit and
15 luxury apartments. A sophisticated landscaping and lighting
scheme has been designed to match the superior quality of the
building, which features natural stone finishes and bronze
detailing. This high level of design will maintain the current
standard throughout the surrounding civic space.
