Negotiations concluded with a signed contract between SDC (Housing) and the Ibbett Trust in early January 2008.
Enabling SDC to provide a luxurious 62 room care home in North
Brickhill, Bedford.
Mark Bradbury, SDC Director and Clifton Ibbett sealing the deal with a handshake in January 2008.
Architects on board are London based Tooley and Foster Partnership. Work is due to commence February 2008 with an expected completion date of June 2009.
