This development is the penultimate phase of the Milton Keynes Theatre District.
This development is the penultimate phase of the Milton Keynes Theatre District and will form part of the estate owned and managed by Deutsche Asset Management.
The scheme consists of 50 residential apartments, 3 restaurants and underground parking. DeAM will obtain the freehold of the site on completion of the Development Agreement with English Partnerships.
SDC was appraised if this development opportunity by Jones Land LaSalle who have been retained by DeAM to project Manage the scheme. Initially asked for a construction bid via 2-stage tender, SDC were selected and asked to consider taking the developer role for the residential element.
Agreement was subsequently reached whereby SDC Group is funding the construction in return for the residential headlease.
