Alpha Park in St Neots has been completed for our client Miller Developments exactly on schedule despite the unforeseen ground problems encountered at the outset.
As a result of the success of this project we have been awarded the next phase of the development, which is due to commence at the end of April with completion in November 2007.
Nick Harris of Miller Developments commented "There is a shortage of good quality sites in Cambridgeshire. Alpha Park has good road links and has an accessible local labour force, therefore I am confident it will become one of the regions leading business parks."
