Banbury 20 Cricket Club were delighted to receive sponsorship from SDC following the construction of the Holiday Inn Express adjacent to the cricket club. During the build period SDC staff developed a relationship with the cricket club which culminated in the sponsorship.
Trustees Geoff Hawkins and Brian Griffiths (pictured here with Dan Brothers of Holiday Inn and Phil Lawson of SDC) were delighted to receive the sponsorship which has provided shirts for the youth cricketers for next season and contributed towards the purchase of the ground covers.
SDC were proud to be involved with such a prestigious design and build project which consisted of a 120 bedroom hotel for Holiday Inn Express with bar and restaurant facilities, conference and seminar facilities and associated car park and landscaping.
