Our privately owned group was established in 1972, operating as a Regional Construction and Development Organisation based in Bedford, and since 2007 under the umbrella of an Employee Benefit Trust. Now celebrating 40 years in business SDC continues to go from strength to strength offering an unrivalled and varied range of project experience spanning across many sectors.
SDC is small enough to provide personalised service to each client, yet large enough to satisfy their expectations.
The projects we undertake range in value from £5k to £80m.
Our construction expertise and experience is wide-ranging, our work embracing all forms of construction activity, procurement methods and client organisations in both the public and private sector.
In addition to the main contractor activities, specialist teams are dedicated to the delivery of smaller value projects, affordable housing and M&E services.
