MK Theatre District

Mechanical and Electrical

OU Building 10

The division provides technical support and a flexible approach to the management and integration of building services through all phases of the construction process. Its focus is to develop a better understanding of project requirements and to enhance relationships with specialist sub-contractors, thus providing predictability during the construction phases.

SDC's ability to take "ownership" of and effectively manage all aspects of a project is enhanced through the use of experienced mechanical and electrical project managers. The types of project undertaken vary as the division offers support to every construction division of the company.
